Dr. Aislynn Rodeghiero-Rapciak

I’ve always been fascinated by people and the spaces where they come together—whether that’s a boardroom charting the future, a nonprofit seeking impact, or a classroom sparking possibility. For me, leadership is not just about guiding decisions—it’s about shaping cultures, building trust, and creating the kind of tables where people thrive.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, culture, and people—helping organizations across corporate, nonprofit, government, and higher education navigate transformation. My path has included founding a nonprofit that served thousands each week, advising boards and executives, scaling leadership development programs, and architecting enterprise strategies that turned culture into a competitive advantage. I’ve led at the national level—guiding federal initiatives at the U.S. Department of Transportation—and at the enterprise level, where I built learning and recognition systems that reshaped how leaders grow and teams collaborate.

Along the way, I’ve earned degrees from Boston College (MBA, M.Ed, BS), Boston University (MSW), and Vanderbilt (Ed.D), each sharpening a different lens: business acumen, educational design, human behavior, and organizational leadership. I am, at heart, both a strategist and a storyteller—someone who can translate complexity into clarity and possibility.

But here’s the personal side: I love college basketball (March Madness is basically a holiday), chase sunsets whenever I can, and feel most at home in the crisp air of a New England fall. My three dogs and two cats keep life colorful and chaotic in the best way. I am an INFJ on Myers-Briggs, my CliftonStrengths include Empathy, Achiever, Learner, Developer, and Achiever, and I lean toward a C in DiSC—reminders that I am equal parts vision and detail, insight and discipline.

Why work with me? Because I don’t just bring credentials—I bring presence. I listen deeply, ask the questions that matter, and help teams not only perform, but become teams. I partner with leaders to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflict, and create environments where people feel both safe and stretched.

At my core, I believe leadership is about creating the conditions for others to succeed. That’s what drives me, and that’s why I started Build the Table: to help leaders and organizations craft the kinds of spaces where people gather with courage, strategy, and purpose—so that together, they can do work that truly makes a difference.
